Terms and conditions

We do not accept any return of vehicles where there has been a change of mind/circumstance. Any faults must be reported to your warranty company who will help investigate your vehicle and carry out the repair. If you have difficulties we will do our best to help. Delivered vehicles Under the consumer rights act you can return the car to us within 14 days from the day after the delivery date without giving us any reason. Please note, you mustn’t use the car after telling us you’re cancelling the agreement and you must keep it in good condition from the day it was delivered. There must be no more than 50 miles added onto the vehicle and the vehicle must not have been abused. For example, if you drive the vehicle with a warning light for overheating and low coolant and continue to drive ignoring these warnings and the vehicle breaks down then you will be responsible for the repairs incurred with the vehicle.
  • You must return the car with the V5C logbook document, all keys, books (such as manuals and service books) and accessories (like floor mats and SD cards) that were supplied with it
  • If you have driven the car more than 50 miles from when it was delivered a usage fee of £5 per mile will apply. This is the same charge applied if we accept the return of a vehicle.
Vehicle returns
  • Contact the store through our ‘contact us’ on our Webpage. We’ll need your details as well as the registration of the car you are looking to return and your availability to attend an appointment with us within the 14-day period.
  • You must return the vehicle via transportation company or we can help at a cost.
  • Attend your appointment to return the vehicle at your supplying store, making sure to bring back everything that was supplied to you with the car. You must bring your invoice and driving licence.
  • One of our associates will do an appraisal of the car with you. Should there be any deduction of the refund costs for any reasonable costs of rectification work needed, we’ll advise you there and then.
  • Provided we have received the correct V5C (vehicle logbook), your refund will be processed by electronic bank transfer and will show within your account within 5 working days, depending on your bank.
  • if you have lost the V5C you will be charged £600 for the replacement of this.
  • After purchasing: we do not offer refunds but IF we agree then there will be a charge of £600 for the replacement logbook and £250 admin charge which covers re-advertising of the vehicle and mechanical checks of the vehicle. £5 per mile for wear and tear of vehicle and car must be inspected before vehicle is returned for refund. If there is any damage caused by you on the body or mechanical then you are responsible.
